Founder

Nic is a chartered Architect and has directed NYDO Design, his architectural business, for more than ten years. He has serviced high-profile clients including Foster & Partners, ARUP, Wilkinson Eyre, Heatherwick, Wood Bagot, & AFK. Nic also chairs the Future Minds Committee for the Architects Company in the City of London. A progressive thinker, he’s continually seeking ways to innovate in the architectural space.

Co-founder

Our young and talented business development manager is Big 4-trained with experience across deal advisory. William graduated from Leeds University with a 1st Class Degree in Business and Environmental Studies which allows him to bring a triple bottom-line approach towards business strategy, as well as a comprehensive understanding of government regulation within the field of sustainability.

Technical Lead, Artist & Scientist

Simran brings a dual scientific and artistic background to the team, having worked on various projects from ESA astronomical telescopes to his own art exhibitions. Simran takes a holistic approach to problem solving, and aims to unify our scientific objectives with the aesthetic. In doing so he hopes to uncover the deeply rooted biophilia within our collective human consciousness.

Biology Technician

Sanskriti is a dynamic and accomplished young researcher with a passion for biotechnology. Armed with a Master’s in biotechnology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Research, Sanskriti possesses a strong academic background. Having worked at the renowned Indian Agricultural Research Institute, India, Sanskriti is dedicated to the advancement of biotechnology and making a positive impact on the world.

Director of Biology

Hannes is a dynamic scientist with expertise in applied biosciences, biotechnology, and biomedical sciences. He studied at UCL, focusing on genetic maps and gene therapy, and later pursued a Master’s at Imperial College, researching plastic biodegradation and improved photosynthesis. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he joined disease screening efforts as a senior scientist. Currently, Hannes leads our in-house biology team with his immense passion for sustainability.

Project Manager

With a background in Trauma Rehabilitation Therapy for 7+ years, Natalie ran her own clinic specialising in respiratory conditions and physical symptoms triggered by air pollution. Along with her experience in business and project management, she brings a personal passion to the company mission and in-depth knowledge of multiple approaches to driving the business forward.
